We are grateful to be able to gather together this year for the Walk For Life, which we were unable to do in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closures that occurred at that time. While the virus is still present in our communities, we are being cautious and carefully planning the details of the event in order that our participants, volunteers, and staff members may remain safe. Some policies include temperature checks, social distancing, and face coverings within the designated event space. Masks are not required while walking on the Walk route at any of our Walk locations.
For each Walk site, we have created a COVID safety and mitigation plan that will be implemented on the day of the event, that is in accordance with the CDC Guidelines for Events & Gatherings, as well as any current state, county, and city ordinances for that corresponding area. These plans are available to view below. If you have any questions about any of these plans, please contact us at 727-216-1410 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our event safe! Thank you for understanding that we must follow the guidelines set by the governing authorities of each area (i.e. city governments), as well as county-wide and state-wide mandates. It is our goal to facilitate a safe environment for everybody as we Walk For Life!
