Liaison Kick-Off Breakfast will be held on

Saturday, March 13th at Calvary Baptist Church!

(Note the use of height to make the display look more attractive; and the use of bright, bold colors, as well as pens or candy, and possibly some baby items to encourage people to visit your display! Be sure to attach the pre-cut Prize Stars (not shown in this picture) that we included in your Liaison packet to each prize, so your display visitors can set their fundraising goals toward the prize(s) they want! Also - have lots of pledge forms and sign up pads so they can sign up to walk; and of course, direct them to this website too, where they can register, raise pledges online and so much more!)

Become a Liaison: a foot soldier on the front lines!

The Walk For Life is successful each year due to people like you who get olther involved! The best way to promote the Walk is within the church - and we need your help! Would you consider becoming a Church Liaison? You can be a Life Saver by volunteering for this short-term mission opportunity whihc includes:

* To recruit fundraising walkers at your church

* To act as Liaison between the Pregnancy Center and your church during the Walk season (March - May)

* To promote the walk in small groups, Sunday School classes, youth groups, women's ministries, etc.

* To set up a table at your church with the WALK materials and help distribute them

* To play a short DVD in church (with your Pastor's permission) that promotes the Walk as an exciting, fun-filled family event

* To talk to your pastor about promoting the Walk For Life from the pulpit and within the church

* To include Bulletin Announcements and Powerpoint slides, etc. in promotion
